Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

We collect the information needed to provide FLUXO and keep the community safe:

• Account data: email address, date of birth, 18+ confirmation and account status.
• Profile data: display name, photo, gender, age range, region, languages and bio.
• Usage data: match and call records, likes, blocks, reports and appeals.
• Transaction data: order numbers, products, amounts, platform, transaction status and grant/consumption ledger.
• Device and security data: device model and platform, approximate region, sign-in times and risk signals.
• Safety data: report reasons, descriptions, session references, block records and appeal material you choose to attach.

2. How we use it

We use personal data to provide registration and sign-in, profile display, random one-to-one matching sessions with local camera preview, virtual-item accounting, blocking, reports, appeals and recorded administrator actions. We also use it to meet legal obligations and improve the service through aggregated and de-identified analysis. We do not use your personal data for ad targeting and do not sell it.

3. Device permissions

Camera is used for your local preview and profile photos. Microphone is used for call controls in a matching session. Notifications are optional and may present match status, report outcomes and account security alerts. You can revoke permissions in system settings; the related feature will stop working while account management remains available.

4. Sharing and platform processing

Public profile fields are visible to other users because they are inherent to matching. App Store and Google Play process purchases under their own terms. We may disclose information to regulators or judicial authorities where the law requires. We do not otherwise disclose personal data to third parties. FLUXO processes account, profile, matching and safety records to provide the features you use.

5. Retention and security

Account, profile and session records remain while the account exists. Reports, appeals and administrator audit records are retained as needed for safety and accountability. Video frames are not attached to reports automatically. Access controls, integrity checks and administrator audit logging protect your data; no system is perfectly secure.

6. Your rights and minors

You may inspect or correct profile data and submit a data-rights request through the app or the privacy contact. Deleting your account removes credentials, identity, owned records, cross-account references and app-owned media immediately. FLUXO is 18+; if we find an under-18 account, we disable it and delete associated data.
