Terms of Service
1. Acceptance and age gate
This agreement governs your use of FLUXO. By registering, you confirm that you have read and accepted it. The Service is for people aged 18 or over; you must provide your real date of birth and confirm your age.
2. What the Service does
FLUXO provides random one-to-one matching sessions with a local camera preview. Your match is selected from available users who fit your filters. We do not guarantee that a match will be found or that a match will meet your expectations about identity, intent or behaviour.
3. Accounts and conduct
Your account is personal. Do not lend, transfer or sell it. Do not use FLUXO unlawfully, share sexual, violent, terrorist, hateful or discriminatory content, harass, defraud, induce trades, involve minors, record or redistribute another person's private information, or interfere with the Service using cheats, scripts or virtual cameras.
4. Moderation, tokens and termination
You may end, report or block a session. We may warn, remove content, cut a call, limit features or apply a temporary or permanent ban. Tokens are one-off consumable virtual credits, not subscriptions and never auto-renew. You may delete your account through the app; unused tokens are zeroed on termination except where law requires otherwise.
5. Liability and disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes between users or outages caused by force majeure, network faults or third-party services. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Disputes should first be raised with anders477@icloud.com.
Community Guidelines & EULA
FLUXO has zero tolerance for sexual or nude content, sexualised content involving minors, grooming, terrorism, credible threats, hateful attacks, severe harassment, doxxing, fraud, scams, malware, impersonation, manipulation of reports or attempts to evade a ban.
Profiles must be genuine and must not contain contact details, QR codes, advertising or traffic-funnelling. Do not pressure anyone to move off-platform or share private information. You can end a call instantly, report and block. Enforcement may include warnings, content removal, call cut-off, feature limits, temporary bans and permanent bans. Appeals can include an explanation and evidence within the deadline in the enforcement notice.
Virtual Item Terms
Tokens are one-off consumable virtual credits. They are not subscriptions and never auto-renew. The five packages grant 199, 399, 599, 799 or 999 tokens for USD 1.99, USD 3.99, USD 5.99, USD 7.99 or USD 9.99 respectively. Starting a matching attempt reserves 50 tokens; they are charged only after a call connects and all 50 are released if no call is established. Neon Pulse costs 10 tokens and is an optional cosmetic effect shown to both people for 60 seconds; it does not affect matching, ranking or call duration. Failed, cancelled, unavailable or incomplete transactions are not credited. If tokens are missing after a successful store transaction, keep the order number and contact anders477@icloud.com. Store refunds are handled through the applicable App Store or Google Play process.
